No information for advanced configuration options

Does not find in direct WiFi mode my Canon MP 620 printer but works well with the print server software installed on my pc that must remain open (WePrint software : free on their web site -> This is not very environmentally friendly).

However, information isnt available for advanced configuration options (ex: «Run as autostart service»?). Cant get this information using the customer service. It seems they only respond as for printing problems. Although my question is not resolved, the response time of the customer service is still short...
